Battens  I realize the new mainsail will not have the same shape as my existing sail.

Please do not compromise the sail design in order to fit my existing battens.   It would be great if any of my existing battens can be used.  However, if any are too long, I can cut to size – or- if any are too short, I am willing to replace with new.  If special end caps are needed, I can add.   Your recommendations are also welcome.

Existing Battens - (without end caps):

Existing = 7 - RAT Battens Carbon Tapered Glass Racing Medium.

Position = Horizontal to boom for furling (except the top gaff batten for the flat top main).

Existing Horizontal Batten #1      = 3375  millimeters

Existing Horizontal Batten #3      = 2863  millimeters

Existing Horizontal Batten #6      = 1388  millimeters

Existing Gaff Batten            #7      = 1043  millimeters

Leech End -   (All Existing Battens) = (20 millimeters wide x 10 millimeters thick).

Luff End   -    (All Existing Battens ) =  (20 millimeter wide) x  5 millimeters thick on Batten #1

                                                                                        x  4 millimeters thick on Battens #2, 3, 4, 5

                                                                                        x  3 millimeters thick on Batten #6
