Sail Specifications

First pic – shows the entry or feeder grove in the foil on my boat

Last pic - shows the tack shackle on the foil – note the tack including the webbing loop needs to pass through the groove opening

Second pic – shows the Z-Spar manual noting that the foot of the sail has a 6 degree up slope from the tack towards the clew – this aids furling

Third pic – is from the Z-Spar manual showing the head attachment to the foil by the shackle

The groove opening is 8mm – will vertical battens work? The batten pockets including the batten will need to be <8mm – preferably no more than 6mm overall otherwise they may catch and jam in the groove?

I do want maximum roach that can be achieved without causing furling issues.

5mm Luff Tape Finished - Confirmed

Note: The exit out of the mast is 8mm.  At a pinch it is very close to 9mm, but 8 would be safer.
